Should you choose, King Events will conclude your wedding or event planning process by stepping in 3 months out to organize all of your day of materials, communicate with vendors, answer any remaining questions, and provide day of coordination on your event day with an expert coordinator and assistants.

What type of events do you do?
Although we predominately service the wedding industry, we do all types of events, including bar and bat mitzvahs, birthday parties and more!
When should I sign a contract with King Events?
We recommend signing a contract with King Events early in your planning process after you have determined a date and general location; however, we accept clients up to 3 months out from your event.
What areas do you service?
King Events will travel to you whether you are in Texas or New York City. Please note that we will charge fees for travel and overnight accommodations. See our service map, image 1, to find out if your venue is in our service area! The exact mileage and lodging required will be determined by your venue address.
What's the benefit of day-of-coordination?
There is a big difference between planning your event and executing it. The day before and morning of your event, you will be excited, focused on getting ready, and enjoying these events you've been planning for! Vendors arrive at various part during the day and all have a million questions. Coordinators are your professional confidant on your wedding day, not only ensuring that your timeline is followed and making sure you and the other VIPs have everything they need, but that all vendors arrive and follow your wishes, your spaces are set up exactly as you envisioned, and above all else, are your troubleshooters when an inevitable problem arises. Family and friends can certainly assist, but at the end of the day, they are your guests and VIPs too, who deserve to enjoy the day by your side!
I already have a venue coordinator, why would I need King Events too?
A venue coordinator works for the venue, while KE works directly for our client and has the client’s best interest at heart. While the services and hours worked for venue coordinators varies, our KE coordinators and assistants provide up to 15 hours of work for your event. Our team is there as soon as the day starts to pick up breakfast, steam dresses and suits, all the way through the end of the event to assist with the send off and oversee takedown. King Events and your vendor coordinator will make a great team to ensure everything goes smoothly on your big day!

How did King Events start?
King Events, founded by Courtney King, has a goal to revolutionize the wedding planning industry, with the idea of making wedding planning accessible, convenient, and educational. Courtney King has extensive event and business experience with a goal to “change the world [and] to make it a better place”. Courtney approaches all projects with the goal of making processes more efficient, which was a driving force in creating her own business, King Events.
How will I be matched with my KE coordinator?
All of our coordinators have gone through in-depth 'King Events Coordinator Training' and have worked numerous weddings to be experts not only in the wedding and event industry but also experts in day of coordination. In order to match you with the best coordinator for your event, we will follow a customized process.
First, a KE team member will reach out to you to obtain more information on your event, send you a survey to be matched with a coordinator, and schedule a meeting with our founder, Courtney King.
Second, you will have the meeting with Courtney and your coordinator to learn more about our services and determine if we are a good fit for your needs.
Third, sign the contract and pay the deposit to secure your date in the KE calendar.
Fourth, we will get the event guidance started with a 2-hour dreaming session with your coordinator!
