The Courtier Package is our core offering. With this package, your coordinator will initially set you up on the KE software, providing you with all the tools you need to take charge of the planning. Then, three months before your wedding, your coordinator will step in

The Courtier Package is our core offering. With this package, your coordinator will initially set you up on the KE software, providing you with all the tools you need to take charge of the planning. Then, three months before your wedding, your coordinator will step in to finalize the details and provide full day-of coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This package includes:
- Access to the Dream Wedding Blueprint (DWB)
- An initial 2 hour consultation with a KE coordinator
- Vendor communication and day-of document creation, starting 3 months before the event
- One, 2 hour vendor meeting (most commonly utilized as the venue on-site visit & final planning meeting)
- Day of Event Coordination with 1 Lead Coordinator and 2 Assistants

The Royal Package offers the royal treatment for your event, perfect for couples who feel overwhelmed right after getting engaged and want a head start on their planning. You’ll have access to all the resources in The Courtier Package, plus an additional two months of dedicated planning guidance immediately upon booking. This extra support helps you get on the right track and relieve any early planning stress. After those two months, your coordinator will step back, and you will take the lead on all planning and booking. Three months before your wedding, the coordinator will return to finalize details and provide full day-of coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
This package includes:

- Includes 5 months of consulting (3 months pre-wedding + 2 additional months) for a more hands-on planning experience
