The Royal Package offers the royal treatment for your event, perfect for couples who feel overwhelmed right after getting engaged and want a head start on their planning. You’ll have access to all the resources in The Courtier Package, plus an additional two months of dedicated planning guidance immediately upon booking. This extra support helps you get on the right track and relieve any early planning stress. After those two months, your coordinator will step back, and you will take the lead on all planning and booking. Three months before your wedding, the coordinator will return to finalize details and provide full day-of coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

King Events will stuff and mail your invitations. The price could changed based on the number of invitations and layers of the invitation. Please note that the client will need to provide the stamps.

King Events will travel to you whether you are in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio or even New York City. We utilize our King Events on the Go package for weddings more than 30 miles outside of Houston! This package includes mileage fees and lodging requirements (when needed). See our service map, to find out if your venue is in our service area - or reach out to confirm!
All of our coordinators have gone through in-depth 'King Events Coordinator Training' and have worked numerous weddings to be experts not only in the wedding and event industry but also experts in day of coordination. In order to match you with the best coordinator for your event, we will follow a customized process:
Step 1:
A KE team member will reach out to you to obtain more information on your event, send you a survey to be matched with a coordinator, and schedule a meeting with our marketing lead, Andrea.
Step 2:
You will meet with our marketing lead, Andrea, to learn more about our services and determine if we are a good fit for your needs. After this call we will send a custom contract for your event.
Step 3:
Sign the contract and pay the deposit to secure your date in the KE calendar.
Step 4:
Once the contract is signed, we will schedule a 2-hour dreaming session with your coordinator!
King Events will provide 1 Lead Coordinator and 2 assistants for day of coordination. You will work with the lead coordinator leading up to the wedding to ensure that all of the details are documented and handled. On the wedding day, 2 assistants will be onsite to help with all of the moving parts of the big day!
Additional assistants can be added for an additional fee.
Depending on the holiday you would like to have your wedding on- there could be additional fees for staffing the event.
